Oh, that's really hard to say. There is Evangeline A. K. McDowell from MSN (like Namezi said: "pure iwul!")...and also Arcueid Brunestud from Tsukihime (game and manga version of her...that one from anime isn't Arcueid) and, of course, I can't forget young Seras Victoria from Hellsing...
Well, can I say all three of them are my favorites?

My favorite vampire is Arcueid Brunestud; True Ancestor, Lunar Princess, silly girl who is able to use wrapping tape to stop bleeding...; One can't just forget the time spent with her (in the game)...^^'

Either Kaname or Abel Nightroad. They are both awesome!

Abel Nightroad from Trinity Blood because i love his split personality and Michael from Model because hes just so friggin hot.
