Okay, so all of a sudden, I started remembering this one manga I've read a month or 2 months ago. I'm pretty sure it was a manga with one shots. Unfortunately, I can only remember the first story.

The uke has brown hair and he's a university student. His class was assigned a paper/project which had to be done with a partner. I believe the uke was hoping for a cute girl, but instead he was paired up with the seme.The seme wore glasses; his hair was unruly and black. He also had a beard. He's quite timid and rarely speaks. And surprisingly, both the seme and uke lived next to each other (apartment complex). They hung out with each other and grew closer. Then one day, the uke absolutely wanted to change the seme's look. He cut the seme's hair and his eyes became visible. The next day, girls swarmed all over the seme. On the day of their presentation, the uke was doing all the presenting and the seme was helping with the slides. The uke lost a page of his report and couldn't continue talking. The seme stepped in and helped.

I forgot what happened at the end though. All I know is that the uke was crying and somehow the two ended up together.

I also remembered what the cover looked like. Partially. The seme had his eyes close and was wearing a hat. His hair is short in this one. The uke was close to his cheek, smiling.
