I dont get people saying that this is a pedo manga Ohtaroh thinks Ran is a collage student he is atrakted to the older Ran

The funny thing about declaring something as NOT a pedo manga, is that it inevitably makes it open for debate. You say this isn't a "pedo manga", but by that very declaration, you inadvertently admit that it's even a question.

For example, I've never heard anyone openly declare that 'Fullmetal Alchemist is NOT a pedo manga.' Of course not, right?

Personally I don't think this is a "pedo manga". It's just uncomfortable because Ran is so young and Ohtahroh is.. creepy/not likable. However, he is only physically attracted to the adult Ran - which is not what pedophilia is. It is weird when he knows how young she is and still has feelings for her - that I agree is wrong.

But despite all that, I just didn't feel like any of this part of the story was fetishizing Ran, it was not sexual at all. And had he known how old she was from the beginning it would be a non-issue.

Also I just didn't care about him at all by the end because

he doesn't end up with her anyways! he also ! dies!!

But thats just my take on it, I enjoyed the manga, despite him being in it.
