Kinda agree with that.. Though I don't hate it.. I find it more bothersome, especially that people usually celebrate it for the completely wrong reasons.. @_@

I just hate that it has become a pressure to do things that we do not need (gifts to people you do not really care about among the ones you do, force down "Christmas" down our throats so the retailers can sell more things we do not really need, etc.)

I just missed the fact that when I was little back where I was born (I now live in US and have been for many years) it was all about family getting together, celebrating the fact that we could and having that special date to celebrate; good food, laughter, stories and being merry. Yeah, I do miss that. 🙁

Yup, I've got no problem with the dark night and red lights, but
the homo sapiens christmasus is not very cool and the food is
pure junk. 🙂

i sing when im bored doesnt matter where i am, who im with, or the song....its just that christmas songs are THAT catchy...in a bad way...so i start singing it XD

They're not quite as catchy anymore after you go caroling with a group and play them year after year in band concerts. You get bored of them.

Anyways, I also like Silent Night and Ave Maria. Very pretty when played properly.
