I've been reading this series, and I felt so excited I had to share it with the world! OMG! This series is so good. It's style reminds me a lot of Philip Pullman's Dark Materials Trilogy. The atmosphere and setting are so imaginative, an adventure tale in a dark continent covered with sparkling stars! OMG.

Everyone who wants to be excited with me should post here... We can chat about how awesome this style manga is. Too cool. 😎

Yeah, it's a really great manga.
Very unique from other Shounen.

Crenshi doesn't seem to think so though! >:-( 😛

Indeed it's quite good. Kind of unexpected coming from Asada Hiroyuki (comparing to his previous works), but he is doing a great job.

I couldn't agree more. With every manga {well most of them now] I find by chance because of those wonderful adverts that randomly float on a site.

When I first saw one for the OVA special, I thought "now this looks like an interesting story," and boy was I right. The art style, the story, and the characters had all won me over and I soon found myself reading the whole thing up to the most recent chapter to date.

I swear it made my day to see that the first volume alone had over a hundred pages to satiate a nice supple introduction to the entire series rather than break it up into little segments in between. And as I got further on, I felt that deep need for the next chapter.

This is really another great series to add to my reading list, and I would highly recommend it to anyone with sense and appreciation to take a look at it.

I mean what's not creative about a steampunk genre story about mailmen who go head to head with mechanical bugs which all connect to a very exciting plot that could lead to a conspiracy that'll make your head spin?....yes, that was very long. 🙄

Does anyone know the way the magazine releases the chapters? Is it a chapter every two weeks?

It's a monthly magazine.

Absolutely awesome manga! By the way, anybody else think that the song Fireflies by Owl City goes great with this manga? I mean, talking about dreams and that sort of dream-like atmosphere.

Anybody?

Well...I wouldn't say "best", but definitely one of the best I've read.(I think One Piece still takes the cake for me 🤣 )

Like SilentNightReigns, I also started reading it after watching the OVA episode...and catching up within a few days.
Pity it's a monthly though...I want more Aria/Niche action!! >:-(

I agree with Scyfon that Tegami Bachi is definitely one of the best manga I've ever read. It's also my first shonen 😀
