Hi everyone, i'm looking for a manga where everyone thinks that the MC is dead, but he is actually not, and comes back at some point. If it has romance would be better, but not a priority.

If you're interested, Revival Man has an MC that comes back to life every three days. There's not much romance, but the female lead is important to the MC.

Mo Dao Zu Shi kinda fits, though MC actually was dead for years but was reincarnated by possessing a new body.

Pandora Hearts might work too.

The Scholar's Reincarnation: A pretty cool manhwa where the MC is reincarnated right after his death. He meets some of his former enemies/allies later on, and they are unaware of his real identity. No romance yet, but it might show up soon enough (the latest chapters hint at it).
