I remember replying to another dream thread and as I said there I will also say here that I absolutely love dreaming.

• do you have more dreams or nightmares?
Nightmares. Almost every night. Loving it. Although they are scary at first after I realize that I'm dreaming and I'm taking charge of the situation I could say that I pity anything that tries to harm me in my sleep.

• how do you make sure you are already awake?
Better ask me how do I make sure I am sleeping. 80% of my dreams are lucid and this thing is pure awesomeness since I can do whatever I want in my dreams without having to "pay for it". I know I'm awake after I return to my normal life which lacks the insane situations from my dreams.

• best/worst dream you ever had?
It's really hard to say which is the best. Most of the times I find myself realizing that I'm on the brink of waking up and try to lengthen my dream by any means necessary. The thing that works best is not to use your muscles (e.g. try to move a finger, or worse - your entire body). I just stay still in a semi-conscious state until I return to the dream I was having.

My worst dream was when I fell asleep with my eyes wide open facing my room and couldn't move an inch because my brain was blocking my muscles. I was looking at the ceiling lamp and it started to "meander" towards me and its shape was changing by every second. This was kind of a new situation for me since usually in my dreams I could move around so I started panicking. In the end I managed to bite my tongue and hit a wood board from my bed with my right foot and woke up.

THE QUESTION ISN'T DO I HAVE DREAMS IS WEATHER I REMEMBER THEM . I KNOW I HAVE A DREAM EVERY NIGHT BUT I DON'T REMEMBER THEM AND IN TURN I END UP CONVINCING MY SELF THAT I HAD NO DREAM.

I read that everyone has about five dreams a night, based on the fact that everyone goes through the R.E.M. part of the sleep cycle about five times a night, but you can only remember them if you wake up in the middle of one.

I have great, vivid dreams, and I haven't had a nightmare that I can remember since I was about nine. The problem is that I rarely remember my dreams at all anymore.

I dream every night. In some cases if I have to get up early I can`t remember what it was about but more often than not I am able to vividly recall the scenes even from years ago. I keep dream diary but write in it only from time to time.

As for nightmares I dont think I have had more than 4-5 from my birth to now. Maybe the reason is that sometime I can influence the story/scene. There was for example some skeleton in the middle of graveyard. It was grotesque! It had meat on it and was moving and coming to me. I desperately wanted to go away but it still touched me. I screamed in the dream but it didnt back away. At last it turned out it was my past lover. But I felt like it was mean to be monster and only because I rejected it so strongly it became good natured.

I dont care if Im awake. If the dream was nice and I don`t have to get up I stay in bed in inbetween state - often my dreams continue without being influenced.

Best and worst dreams... For nightmare - as little girl I dream that Im in some kind of maze and Im running from something. I remember the Tasmanian Devil at some point and in the end some kind of monster - type Alien vs Predator. I woke up crying and couldnt sleep for several hours afterwards. As for best lets say the dreams where I somewhat fly. The feeling is terrific! It is like I`m on rollercoaster in my dream but I need to concentrate or I start to fall 😀

I never have dreams during a night's sleep. Or maybe it would be better to say that I don't remember dreaming. I will dream every once in a while if I wake up and then go back to sleep. Usually just darkness, though.

I dream almost every single night, although I only ever remember a little bit of them. I don't really have good dreams or nightmares either, just really weird dreams.

I remember having this one dream where Darth Vader was in my room, and I was Luke Skywalker. I had to go in there and fight him, but I kept on losing. Everytime I lost, there was a game over screen and I had to restart.

Another strange thing about when I dream is that sometimes I have old dreams over again. It'll be the same except for some details, or it might diverge off into a whole new dream altogether. The weirdest thing is that I actually notice these changes during my dream.

I dream often, and they're decent. I rarely get nightmares... with an exception of last night but I don't remember what it was about. Most dreams I forget, but there are few I remember.

There are few dreams that were a continuous series. The first part would be this one night, and then many nights or months or a year later I would dream of the second part.

Also, I've gotten two dreams in the last couple of years in which my body reacted. First dream I was in class and put my hand up, so my arm hit the wall waking me up. The second one, I was trying to open a toothbrush package, but I actually yanked my side-lamp cord and the table lamp fell on the floor with a loud thump causing me wake up.
When I tell my friend those, we just crack up at how odd they are.

My best dream yet is the one I had last month of being kissed by the guy I really like. Oh, how giddy I was about it, even though I had some disappointment.

In my opinion, good dreams are the best part of going to bed, because when I wake up in the morning I always want to go back to sleep.

I rarely dream, and I rarely remember them! The last dream I remember is from last month. For some reason, I can't ever remember what I dream about unless it makes an impact on me.

I don't get nightmares at all, but I use to get them everyday when I was a child.

I immediately look at the clock or at my hands to tell if I'm awake. But I usually can tell.

I haven't had a best dream yet, (nothing I want to go on repeat XD).. But my worst dream was.. well.. the worst. It came true a few years later... >_>;

Berumpa***!***

do you have more dreams or nightmares?
It's actually split for me. Lately, I've been having dreams where I wake up crying...

how do you make sure you are already awake?
Uh... I'm not sure? xD

best/worst dream you ever had?
Best - I had this one dream where there was a guy that saved me from a shooting or something... the thing is, he didn't have a face. Well, he did, I just wasn't able to see it. It was a really sweet dream... that I wish could have been reality. I want to know who he was, and what the dream meant.
Worst - I've had many; I don't remember the absolute worst thgouh... but last night, I dreamed I was trying to kill someone. I remember I stuck a knife in him, but it wasn't very hard/forceful... I remember he was trying to kill my dad.

Oddly enough, I haven't dreamt in ages. It's probably been over half a year since I last dreamed. Well I have probably dreamt during these past 6 months, but I seriously do not recall dreaming after waking up.

I dream almost every time I sleep. Usually 3 times a night. I would wake up from my first dream and then sleep again to dream again. Also, do any of you guys have dreams of having your teeth falling out. I am dreaming this very regularly. I hate this dream because it feels so real and painful for some reason and want to know if their is some kind of significance of having this dream.

I dream every night but for some reason I can't remember them. 🙁 When I wake up I remember some fragments from my dreams but by the time I get out of bed I forget most of them.

I have dreams often. I usually forget I even have them, until someone says something reminding me of what occurred one night.

Dreams/Nightmares?:
Dreams. Just random nonsensical adventures, usually. :3

Best?:
The ones when I'm with someone I miss greatly. Because they are the only ones I'm not happy waking up from.

Make Sure You're Awake?:
I know automatically. Dream world has this 2.5D-ish feeling, and my senses are numbed. Lying in bed alone feels more complex in sensations.
