ummm Im kinda intrested in becoming a cleaner. I think I kinda know how to clean scans but Im not sure if I get them clean enough. So are u willing to recruit noobs?

Well, there are a lot of easier comics that newbie cleaners could attempt to tackle. But, we've been generally unwilling to take those who don't know how to clean at all.
Try taking the test on our forums. Then we can see what you really mean by "clean enough". ^^

Hello. I have a good amount of experience translating manga and visual novels in earlier days (though I still work on Fate/hollow ataraxia), and work as a J-E translator IRL.
