I'm looking for a series similar to I Became the Chief of a Primitive Village. Series where protagonist helps develop a primitive tribe. Extra points for romance and lack of cheat skills. Can be a manga or a novel.

Series similar to my request:
Isekai Ryouridou (Novel) - MC gets isekaied to a primitive tribe and there is romance, but he cooks rather than help developing the place
Release That Witch - MC develops a town and there is some romance, but everything takes place in medieval inspired fantasy
Seiun o Kakeru (Novel) - MC becomes a smith and helps to develop the village he lives in. Romance is there, but this one takes place in a medievalish world.
Desert Island Survival With the Ladies - Has an arc like this, but later on moves to other things.
