I'm looking for something that was translated like half a decade ago at least, it was about a high schooler who realises he's living in a fake world where people are basically NPCs following a schedule and all. Also, if I recall, everybody is eating something that looks like energy bars without realising it's not proper food, including the MC but not the girl he meets.

He meets a high school girl with long black hair and they go around town trying to resolve the mystery. They are able to move freely because everyone is acting in schedule and doesn't realise the disruption. Also, some other characters including a girl that could travels worlds appear later in the story if I'm not wrong.
