Are you still in need of a proofreader? I'm not that experienced, but I have read and love many of Evil Flowers scanlations. I would love to help if I can. Please just let me know. I speak fluent English and am a bit of a grammar Nazi, plus I am homeschooled so I have time during the day. It would be fantastic if I could help out one of my favorite groups. ^_^

what does a proof reader do ?

@zktn: A proofreader looks over the translated script, correcting the grammar. In addition, they should also check to make sure there are no missing translations. Missing translations are parts of the original raws that were not translated.

The head proofreaders don't check Baka-Updates, so please apply on our forum! :3

@zktn: Nope, you don't have to know how to read the language at all; you just need to know the English language (which you should know well, if you're applying to be a proofreader). A proofreader simply checks the script (which is already translated into English) for proper grammar and spelling, as well as comparing the script to the raws to make sure there are no missing translations (text in the raws that isn't translated and in the script, as it should be).
