Considering the events that transpire in the manga it should be tagged mature.

I would consider some of the darker events tragic but not mature. Is there a scene in particular that makes you think this?

I guess they could be thinking about Hana almost getting raped and some of the bloodier scenes, maybe. But I'm not sure
