Hey! I'm trying to remember the title for a yaoi manga about two neighbors, and the younger one becomes interested in the older neighbor because he often sees people coming in and out from the older neighbor's house (and I think they're usually teenagers??), so he wonders what's there, and it turns out the older neighbor is actually a painter, and then their relationship develops as the younger neighbor visits him more and more often.
