It takes place in a world, where everyone has a special ability and the hierarchy is based on their strenght...
The antagonist is a boy, who has no powers(so it seems in the beginning), so he gets picked on by everyone in his school.
Untill someone threathens his girlfriend and he reveals, that he was just hiding his ability because he was so powerfull, that he got punished by the police once for distroying his whole class in primary school.
Than he starts to fight against the power-based social system and....
I forgot the title, so can't find the manga anymore... 😢
