Without giving spoilers, or I guess just use spoiler tags, anyone know if the kdrama adapted this faithfully or had an original ending or ...?

This webtoon started in 2016 and the kdrama was in 2017 so I was wondering if it was like a Cheese in the Trap situation where adaptation passed source material and had to have had an original ending. (I assume, I've not actually seen Cheese in the Trap kdrama, either)
