You didn't need to barge into the conversation. yet you do anyways. Now i could give you a crazy-ass lecture on this topic... but i bet you'll go tl;dr and toss it aside. We have just a right of asking people not to take our projects as you have of telling ppl that projects can't be claimed.

Again, it is not YOUR project. Did you liscense it from the original publisher? No, you did not. Yes, you have the right to ask people not to do stuff, but you didn't. You TOLD them not to do it, and thats neither asking, nor is it considered acceptable here.

You don't own any rights to any project just like nobody else does. You bought the tanks and scanned them (or found scans) and decided to do it, just like other people did. Deal with it.

Don't want someone else to do your project? Then do a better job so people don't think they can do better than you.

MU's official view on this is that any group can do whatever they want. We do not like people trying to strong arm others out of doing things. If you want to do so, go do it on your own website.
