What determines the manga titles on the Reading List and Releases pages?

Given that there's currently no way to setup a custom RSS feed based on one's lists, I figured I might be able to create one myself by using a tool to filter RSS feeds, based on the manga titles from my Reading List.
However, mangas apparently have a different title on different parts of the site.
Example: Reijou wa Mattari o Goshomou.: This is listed as "Milady Just Wants to Relax" on the Releases list from Monday, as "Reijou wa Mattari o Goshomou." on the Series page, and as "Reijo wa Mattari Wo Goshomo" on my Reading List.
So where do these names come from?
- "Milady Just Wants to Relax" is listed under Associated Names on the Series page. But why is this specific title used on the Releases page?
- "Reijo wa Mattari Wo Goshomo" isn't listed anywhere else. So why does my Reading List call the manga that?

Good evening,
When you add an item to your list, the main title of the series (at that moment in time) is captured and associated with your list so that it doesn't change. Series titles change occasionally, and it would not be good if you suddenly couldn't find something on your list.
When someone adds a release, the title they choose is captured and used as the title for the release. Primarily this came as a result of not having a series database at first (back in 2004-2005), but eventually out of the fact that people can still add releases that don't have associated series. We've had various debates on forcing titles to match the main series title since.
As for the series page, all of those titles are as is.

It seems like a much better idea to show both the title at the time an item was added and the current main title.
