Why does it say on my reading list that the latest released chapter of Naruto is 385, when that hasn't been released yet at all? My guess would be that there's an incomplete SQL entry somewhere, but I'm no expert. Thanks!

It's because someone by accident added a release of that chapter by mistake (when it wasn't released yet) (and the person apologized already). The problem will correct itself in due time (once the REAL chapter is released). We usually only reset the numbers if there's a really major problem. (Like chapter 350 of a 3 chapter series...)
