I see very interesting people almost every day. Not plain beautiful/handsome like they could be a model or smth. Just the way they behave, dress, voice, their fellows etc.
Today I saw a striking girl, normally I detest huge breasts, if I were more involved in painting/photography I'd ask her to be my model even though she looked kinda rude and I might sound like a total creep. And there is this woman (she is like 40 XD) at the post office. And yesterday I saw that blonde boy, a driving instructor, on the news.
No, I don't lack of sleep becase of them.
I must say most of those beautiful people, I mean the ones that know for sure they are considered as beautiful, act very ugly. Just because of that knowledge.

I've once seen a very beautiful guy in a club/disco. It was really just a glance, but I remember thinking "Wow". Unfortunately I can't remember his face clearly x)

I find it interesting that a lot of people who watch anime/read manga tend look at Asian men and women when they're talking about people they're attracted to. I can't say I don't, but I like all types of women. I mean that in a purely admiring way.

Anyway, I haven't really known anyone that I thought was that beautiful. And I never lost any sleep. However, while I was in high school, there were always a few girls that I would see on a regular basis. Just seeing them seemed to brighten my day. As for celebrities, whenever the subject comes up on beautiful actresses, I always think of Claire Forlani. Nice eyes always seem to win me over.
