At least I think its a manga. But the plot was something along the lines of : MC's sister gets raped and when he reports it to the police, instead of the criminals get punished, he gets a bag of money to keep his mouth shut. MC's sister commits suicide. Later, Hes walking down a road and sees a man assaulting a girl who looks(?) like his sister. He stops the man but turns out the girl he saved is batshit crazy as she likes to imprison and torture men. She kidnaps and tortures him? Later that girl helps MC get revenge on those who raped his, now dead, sister. ITS NOT A HENTAI BTW!!
