There was this manga about this guy who meets a spirit of an elementary school student, then i think they ended up liking each other. Soon after that the boy leaves and after that they meet up again but the boy turns out to be alive and the spirit was only temporary since he was in a coma, and now the boy is in middle school or high school now. Then happy ending happens. Its been a while since i read it so its kind of vague
