Looking for a Japanese news station that broadcasts in both English and Japanese

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any news stations based in Japan that gives viewers the news in both English and Japanese (like how France 24 does French, English, and Arabic translations of their content). Unlike with French, where I can get a good understanding with what's going on (still learning though), I don't know a thing when it comes to the Japanese language. So, does anyone know of any sites that do this?

You're in Japan and want to see English news? Or you want the same news in both Japanese and English. If the latter, I can't help you. As for watching English news, you can see NHK World if you've got cable. If you don't have cable, you can just try to change the audio track in whatever you're watching.
Not many programs come in English, but at least NHK news should have English track on 7 o'clock news. Also any dubbed programs should have their original audio as second track. Press the 音声切換 button on your remote controller to switch the audio tracks.

Actually, I live in America. I was just wondering if Japan had something similar to what France 24 does.

United States? You want to see Japanese news over there? You can see Japanese news in English with NHK World. For a list of service providers choose Americas/U.S.A here: http://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/english/tv/howto/index.html
Another possibility in North America is http://tvjapan.net/en/. Apparently it's a TV station for Japanese living over there.
TV JAPAN broadcasts many of its live news programs with English translation as a secondary audio service or with English crawl. An additional few select programs are provided in English or with English subtitle.
TV JAPAN offers exclusive live bilingual coverage of the Grand Sumo Tournaments.
I hope this helps.
