I tend to always forget the names of the manga I want to reread 😢 , but this time it is about incest. I believe there was two brothers whom were also royalty or nobles. Anyway, it seems the seme is very important to the family and everyone wants him to succeed. The uke is his brother but nothing is really expected of him. The seme forces the uke into a sexual relationship (I think) and the manga has 2 or 3 sequels. I also know that in one of the sequels, the mother of both brothers catches them having sex, and although the uke tries to run after her, the seme doesn't want to let him go.
