My alarms range from :

• Annoying little bro bugging me to my awakening
• My bladder screaming TOILET!!!!!
• My mom nagging (The thing is, a few moments after she starts, I gain my awareness, yet my body doesn't follow. The more she nags, the more drowsy I get, but I still have my awareness. After she gives up, I wake up on my own)
• Heat of the morning/Sunshine on my face

But when I usually want to wake up early, I make sure I drink a few glasses before sleeping. It works well for me 😀

Until I was 6, My dad used to come wake me up by suddenly smooching me like crazy...
Because of that I started using Alarm clocks...

Now I use my phone with - "Walk with me in Hell" by Lamb of God as ring tone... the high volume of it ensures that even my neighbours wake up (to abuse me...)

I have an internal clock that will always wake me up 30-40 min before my alarm rings, been like that my entire life. So I actually don't use an alarm clock........if I ever oversleep it just means that whatever it was isn't important anyway.

i have two phone alarms to wake me up... i used nothin' on you (B.O.B n bruno mars) before i got bored then i replaced it with welcome to my life (simple plan). second is ordinary tunes from the phone....
