This is true. All the extroverts I know only go on the web to browse social media and root out gossip. None of them are into animanga or even fiction in general, unless it's the latest Marvel action flick or some extremely well-known franchise like Hunger Games or something.

And, yes, I am an introvert. 🙂

Definitely introvert, socializing irl with people outside my immediate family is exhausting.

It probably doesn't help that I have an anxiety disorder, so even just going someplace with lots of strangers around and not talking to anyone (like when I'm buying groceries) can be challenging, particularly if it's crowded. I usually do most of my shopping while wearing earbuds and playing music or a podcast to make it easier.

I thought the sampling bias would be strong but wow, only 4% of us are extroverts? Personally I'm an extrovert, which I always knew was a bit rare in nerd circles, but 4% just feels way too low!

I'm a bit surprised at how lopsided the poll results are, but I did expect introvert to have the majority of votes.

Many extraverts even if they are in nerd cycles wouldn't bother answering such polls... So it is double bias...

Can I get a source for that? I get that introverts are more likely to be terminally online, but not answering polls if they see them anyway? I have trouble believing that without some proof.

Well i meant it in a way, that they will be discussing it somewhere on discord rather than visiting websites at all... Though yeah i don't have a source, that is just my hunch...

I will answer this around this time of 2025. Ive to find for myself. Right now I think Im introvert. But i also act extrovert in front of people i know very well that means my family and 3 other guys.
