Hmmm they seem to be sure on shugo chara but it might be Love Neko (which is Yaoi)... Just adding another option (i do not read Yaoi but happened to read 1 chapter of this on mangafox .com before the genre was posted =/...)

If it's from Love Neko or Shugo Chara! doesn't really matter anymore I guess. they both look like such great series I'm going to read them both. 😀
