Ah, this is a fun one to answer. Usually I use the word 'hi', but when I'm pissed off I use 'hello'.
Online I've come to use the word 'boo' to some friends and 'chocolate rain' to one friend.

With family, I usually say hey and with strangers or people I don't know well enough, I just say hi. I rarely ever say hello unless I'm writing a formal email/letter though.

Just depends. And whether or not I'm stuffing my face at the time. But usually the norm - hello, hiya, hi, yo, boo, just koala bear them, ect, ect.
If it weren't for the gutter, my mind would be homeless.
Usually "Hi" or "Hey" or if it's my friend that I haven't seen in a while, their name with my arms spread wide for a hug 🤣

Hi, hello and hey. Mostly hello, sometimes I shake it up by saying it in different languages. (I know, so hardcore)

with my friend it's like "Yo!" or "Helloooooo"

On more than one occasion I've used "what's crackin'" "what's crackalakin" and "What's crackalating".
Mostly I use "sup" or just tilt my head back when I see them, or I flash them the peace sign.
Sarcasm just doesn't work over the internet.

With my jaw, tounge, lips, lungs, and throat, and maybe a few other things working in unison >_>
Normally, I just nod, but I say "Hey" to somebody I haven't seen in a while.

For people I'm not close with: a simple "hey" or "hello."
For my friends, I just call their names.
For family, it's a combination of the above or just no greeting.
