I'm looking for this hardcore yaoi where the main character has really hard suction power? In the beginning, it shows him as a baby and him sucking his parents' fingers and them being really surprised about how hard he can suck.

Later on, he goes into a bar and some guy begs him for his "services". The main character refuses to bottom but the guy from the bar pulls the switcheroo on him and catches him by surprise. That's pretty much all I remember. The art style is similar to psyche delico or scarlet beriko's style.
