I haven't found any series that's very much revolves around an APOCALYPTIC/POST APOCALYPTIC theme where the characters are 'Adam and Eve-like'..

for e.g A Man and a Woman..survived in an empty world..something like that. or probably just a Lone survivor?

So far the mangas that have a partial theme on this are..

EVANGELION
A one-shot from BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE manga
A one-shot from 1001 NIGHTS
HOTEL one shot manga.

Or it could just be a manga that focus on a world where men are dominant and there's few women...

For example a movie called "A man and his dog" where it revolves around a Post apocalyptic world where Men have to search for WOMEN and FOOD (which are scarce).

A Manga example would be...
Fist of the North Stars (hakuto no ken).....Perhaps?? 😕
