1. Native English speaker and good at grammar.
2. Able to finish proofing 1 chapter (about 30-40 pages) within 1 week.
3. Not afraid to make suggestions, twist and turn and disect the script into pieces to make it better. =)
4. Comfortable working on historical manga.
