Whether the picture was from a hentai wasn't obvious, and the manga I confused it with was actually ecchi, so get your facts straight first. As for Google, I, like most people, use it to look up keywords, not images, idiot, as that is its basic function.

That sentence is a custom where i come from that's about it, don't go there is that half sentence as a joke annoyed you (no kidding guys there are dicks).

Also i recommend you, if you use google chrome, to add the "Image search" add on that let you do direct search of any image with several servers of image search, google too obviously, with just a right click.

This gets a little bit of topic but actually they do not. Two sexual organs can't fully develop in one individual, one human can be born with both X and Y (that's not the same as to say XY as in Males) chromosomes but they would be either infertile or only able to reproduce as one of either.

And fyi, titles like Yomeiro-Choice and Aki-Sora are sold to kids, and if you have read either, you will realize that my image is a Disney production in comparison. I am pretty sure no one would be traumatized by it. Moreover, 'childs' do not typically avoid 18+ warnings like the plague. Were they really effective on you at that age? What is forbidden is tempting. Again, the manga could have been ecchi (non-adult) for all I knew; I only said it reminded me of a futanari title (which wasn't hentai, either).

Those are just some of the titles. There are many more that are not on this website and ones that are wrongly labeled 'adult' here.

As the note says " so-called hermaphrodite", i'm not saying that it's impossible to be born with "both sex" or to produce hormones of the other gender, but the term is wrongly used since they can't actually reproduce as both male and female, it's just a stupid tip, as i said i tough as you till recently.

Also, i had read both and it's not the point if child read it or not but rather that it is possible (and happens) that webs are closed down because they do not respect the laws of the country that host them. Nobody said that hermaphrodites reproduce as both genders, but like the dictionary states, they have both male and female sexual organs, among other things.

I seriously doubt that some vague post with an external link to a non-sexual drawn image is going to close down any website. Plus, I am pretty sure that a lot worse has slipped and will slip through outside of the 18+ section. I would be more worried about those hentai covers and comments and the lack of any warning pages on the site, including the adult and yaoi/yuri forums, especially since some members freely admit to being minors.

I have read that Aki-Sora was specifically targeted by the Youth Ordinance Bill for not being specified as an 18+ title, actually, and most volumes of YOMEIRO-CHOICE were serialized in CHAMPOON RED, a shounen magazine, which I believe also published the former manga, although at least the latter started out in CHAMPION RED ICHIGO, directed towards a seinen audience.

The world as used now days to refer to people who posses both sexual organs can be used but the origin comes from been both "male and female", for which they need to reproduce as both... but i suppose this could be discussed for quite a long time as to state exactly what makes a person a male or female, can we even said that they have both sex if one is no fully develop or functional?

My statement that the word is wrongly used in humans come from the fact that when referring to animals the term is used for those who can either "change their sex" according to convenience or act as both male and female at the same time, the world change it meaning when used whit humans? seem like it does, but the proper term is Intersexual.

tl;dr, you see, the moment i give you my first answer the option of closing it down before getting to source is finished, now, let's say nobody answers for a while, suddenly a wild mod appears and thinks "hey i don't like that picture in this section hur dur, or something" either the post is moved or, if he feels like it, closed.
