Hentai-Enishi

We're looking for Japanese -> English Translators, Korean -> English Translators and experienced editors.
Before I continue handing out the editing test and so on I'll explain how Hentai-Enishi works.

As a translator of Hentai-Enishi YOU CHOSE WHAT PROJECT TO TL.
We agree to most genres out there.
Make sure you ask before you pick a project.
If you don't have any project in mind we have a list of request from the rest of the staff you can chose from, IF YOU'D LIKE.
We're not forcing our translators to pick a project they don't enjoy translating.

Unfortunately the editors don't have this kind of freedom of choice... As an editor in Hentai-Enishi you get to edit the active and new projects.
As an editor in Hentai-Enishi you get to chose a project we're doing and keep that project to yourself.
If you need help editing it we will help you but no one will be able to take away "your project"... And of course you can't take away a project "owned" by another editor either.
And as an editor you're allowed to request a project which will be added to the list I mentioned in the note to the translators... Of course you'll be the one editing this project when and if a translator wishes to pick it up.

With that out of the way here's the editing test
After finishing the test I want you to email me with an application including the test results to info@hentai-enishi.com with the subject 'Editor application'

As for translators we have no translation test.
If you wish to join you simply send me an application, with the subject 'Translator application', including a project you have chosen.
If you don't have a project in mind I will give you our list of requests and the first chapter will be your test.
