Im looking for a BL manga where besides the main couple there is a girl as one of the main or maybe in the same group of friends, for example are Harukaze no Etranger or Yamete Kudasai, Koishii Desu.

In Kono Ore ga Omae Nanka Suki na Wakenai, one of the main character's twin best friends is female.

There is also a female member of the student council (with recurring mention) in Seiryou Saikyou Monogatari and Shiritsu Araiso Koutou Gakkou Seitokai Shikkoubu, respectively. (The second is a spin-off of Wild Adapter but is not, itself, BL.)
