Anyone interested in Chinese webcomics?

Korean webcomics are getting really popular nowadays, but there are some rather nice Chinese ones also... I hope to find people who are interested enough, and have enough time, to start a group scanlating Chinese webcomics.
I can typeset, PR a bit, give advice on culture and idioms, QC, and clean (only if it's really necessary though >.< I don't like cleaning...). I'd hope to find:
- Translator.
- PR: preferably someone who uses English as a first language. Or at least someone who can use different "tone" of speech in English.
- Cleaner.

Ehh~ I know a bit of Chinese and I've always wanted to help out with translating a webtoon ^^
I'm not too fast though =_="

I am from China, so it would absolutely WONDERFUL if I get to translate comics from my own home country into English for the world to read!
