So it just happen when you are younger or at certain age you can awaken ability combat or magic once you become fully adult the ability will disappear(iirc) i think they use some serum or something to awaken the ability. The country want to use them for fighting in war.

So just happen they send a group or student to be deploy in real life situation. It supposed to be an easy one. The students so confident about their ability. But it turns out the enemy is much harder and it was actually a trap. The higher up abandon them. From maybe around 100 students everyone dies. And only like 5 or 6 student survives. Because one of the student is op. But he doesnt save other student. Only want to save a girl that he follows. The few that survives happen to stay near her.

I stop reading when they got back from the battle. And they got traumatised so much from the war.
