LOL! Pretty much. After the surprise appearance of Sasuke in 553, it was a little anti-climactic not to get him in this chapter.

My question is, why are all the 3rd-kages freakishly strong? Every last one was uber-strong.

well for one they were the Kages, and more important from what I remember they were the kages during times of war
