NEED HELP FINDING THE NAME OF THIS SONG

I was downloading Fu Manchu's "California Crossing" a few years ago and this song came up instead. I thought (and still think) that the song is awesome, but I never got around to finding out the name of the song, or who sung it. I found it again while I was cleaning out my external hard drive, and decided to post it on Youtube and ask on here to see if anyone knew what the name of this song and who sings it.

It's still there, it's just Youtube acting like an ass and being all buggy again. Just refresh the page and if it that doesn't work, then you might have to exit out of your web browser and start it up again.
