it´s the rhesus factor, meaning if your blood is Rh+ you can only receive Rh+ compatible blood or you can go on a shock due to Rh incompatibility and probably die. Babies and mothers having different Rh factor is dangerous too so they have to take extra care during the baby´s delivering.

Mine fits me a bit. Honestly, I'm very skeptical, but at least this measure actually has something to do with the person. Relating one physiological characteristic (blood type) to another (personality) doesn't seem all that far fetched. At least its not trying to relate personality to something ridiculous like imaginary bad drawings made with stars.
