The series "peppermint" author is SEO Eun Jin and it is scanlated by Sugar Oasis.

The problem on its page is that it says it is NOT licensed in english. This is false. It IS licensed in english, by Tokyo Pop company in America.

They have already released 2 official volumes in America.

I just wanted to point this out, because as a fan, it was bugging me for the past days.
