So I am not really sure its a manga or no, but it has a dialogue. there were two demons (they had wings) and one of them tells the other "lucifer-sama is going to give me hell again" and the other demon answers him "my condolences"

Makai Ouji - Devils and Realist, perhaps? I don't remember that particular conversation, but it has angels, demons and humans interacting with each other, plus a character named Lucifer; not to mention lots of sassy dialogue.
