I think it was called 'you at first sight' but I can't find it under that name.

The MC is an adult woman who literally can't see people's faces. It's just a black spot to her. She can, however, read minds. Or at least the surface most thoughts as writing on their faces. Because of this, she has issues getting along with people and is mocked for her apparent face blindness. She can't watch movies or shows since her ability works on any human, regardless of media. Her only experience with facial expressions is with horror comics. My guess is that the expressions in other comics are too subtle for her to understand. She also can't see her own face.

This all changes when she bumps into a man whose face she can see. She is kinda freaked out but tries to get close to him out of curiosity. Due to her inability to read expressions, a lot of misunderstandings happen.

The only people who know about her ability was her mom, who was very uncomfortable about it and her friend from middle school who pierced his ear just so she could know it's him. They separate for some reason but bump into each other on the street later on.
