i remember a part where a guy is running/stumbling VERY dramatically down an empty street with a bunch of cars parked on the side. He kept looking behind him and I think he had been shot.

then he fell down and some people stood over him...a girl said something to him but i don't remember what it was. she looked like she despised him though. i think she was his ex girlfriend or something.

Well it's been years since I've seen it but the only thing that remotely comes to mind is Pi but I could be wrong since I don't really remember too much of the film.
