Hi,
Before anything, I've try searching with tags with more or less success. Manga, novel or anime are fine.

I'm searching for something with action/fantasy with a female lead or female characters in general that have enhanced (physical preferably) strength (like in Claymore) and where the male protagonist isn't op nor useless.

I prefer something where you can see the interaction between normal people and people with enhanced strength like you can see a bit in the fate series when someone gets stuck alone against a servant.

Here are exemples of what I've read:
-Freezing (The only thing I don't like is how the male characters are all decorations.
-Fate series (I've read a few fanfic also.)
-Noblesse (I've actually quite like the interactions between the normal kids and the nobles.)
-Konosuba (A bit further away from the other genre but still we have Kasuma who has no skills and needs to rely on his overpowred useless teamates. And Darkness have super strength and they joke about it.)
-Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (Really like how the protagonist get shits done beside being weaker than everyone around him.)
-Boky wa Isekai de Fuyo Mahou to Shoukan Mahou wo Tenbin ni Kakeru (Like where the protagonist is strong but only as a ''support mage''.)

I'll just add another example.
Mushoku Tensei (I really liked Eris.)

Another exemple I forgot,
Altina the Sword Princess
