I read this manga years ago, 2005-2010 but I don't remember the title.

The manga follows a young adult (18+). He is a host club member. He is sometimes called by women who are sexually frustrated.

I only remember one story : A married (old?) man consults him because he is impotent and he asks the male lead to make love to his (young?) wife to help rebuilds their relationship. No Mr Steal yo girl. They are still together.
