Yup. My first impression is that he only saved Naruto because he wants to kill Naruto and 'erase the past' himself with his own hands.

I personally felt that this chapter was all over the place and kinda confusing. So much going on and I could barely grasp the situation before it progressed to yet another confusing state.

I can only assume that it's going to end weak and confusing like Tenjou Tenge (though I wish to give this mangaka a bit more credit than Oh Great).

Please dont compare kishi to Oh great. Oh great is the worst i swear.

Sasuke reference to Vegeta? really kishi -.-.... whatever so long as Sasuke gets an actual fight with Naruto i wont complain unless its like when Goku and Vegeta fought during the whole majin buu fiasco.

Pretty sure it was Obito he was talking to. Naruto was behind him when he said it, so the only one he could have been speaking to was Obito.

Yes, I agree; Sasuke probably saved Naruto because he wants to be the one to kill him. I think it was significant that the picture of Team 7 symbolically slashed in half right over Naruto's face and not down the middle. Down the middle and Sasuke would have been talking about the past in a more generic way. But since it was specifically Naruto who got cut out of the picture, then his line about erasing the past also had to be referring to Naruto.
