Lots of pills daily (3), nasal spray, inhalers (prevention and emergency) and shots (allergy shots, to be exact). Nothing else works on my allergies.
When I'm sick, though, I usually just suck it up. Don't want to put any more drugs in me than I already have. Only thing I'll take while still able to function is NyQuill, and that's because sleep is the best medicine and I can't sleep if I can't breath.

A generous amount of hard liquor usually brightens up my evenings. Failing that, 20+ hours of sleep usually does the trick. More often than I should, I do both several times. If that doesn't work, I'm generally screwed.

I usually drink hot beverages like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and TheraFlu, but I will now see if doing cadio will relieve my allergies. It's horrible here at the end of summer because ragweed comes in like a storm. 🤢

Liverpool 4 - 1 Man Utd + playing at Old Trafford + all the tension + beer = A very happy Reds fan 🙂
Doing a complete 180 from my previous post on this thread, I usually drink a lot of tea with a tiny bit of honey in it to stave off the worst of allergies. It has to be local honey, though, and that can start costing. When I'm actually sick.... I just sleep. And have a bowl of soup every once in a while.
There's something in chicken soup that supposedly helps colds or the flu or something. I read it in one of those Parenting magazines that my mom leaves near the toilet, though, so I'm not sure exactly how credible that information is.
I haven't been really sick for years but I occasionally have migraines...Usually I'd just sleep in total darkness and use mental imagery to ease some of the pain...It works for me!
