ALL Need for Speed Games, ALL of them.

Driver ( 1, 2, 3, Parallel lines and SF)
Blur ( Although is more focused on car combat)
Juiced HIN
Burnout Paradise
Split Second
DIRT 3
Test Drive Unlimited 1 and 2

For me it's Need For Speed.

Mario Kart - The DS version remains the best of the series.
Gran Turismo 4 - Best of the GT series, imho.
Tourist Trophy - Motorcycle equivalent of Gran Turismo (PS2)
Circuit Breakers - A great multiplayer top-down party racer for the PS1.
Manx TT Superbike - Old (1995) arcade machine game. Later ported to the Saturn.
Microprose Formula 1 Grand Prix - Early 90's F1 sim for the PC (DOS).
