This year's 17th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is revealing on Monday that manga creator Mizuki Kawashita is launching a sequel to her Ichigo 100% (Strawberry 100%) manga titled Ichigo 100% East Side Story in Shueisha's Jump Giga magazine on April 28.

Wonder why he's doing it after so long. The original had a sense of finality to it. Hopefully it's married life and not just additional misuderstandings making the relationship troubled.

This was one of the three manga that started me off liking manga back in 2010. It's a harem story with a serious story about how to grow up and recognize and pursue your ambitions underneath the harem narrative.

And the girls are all beautifully drawn! Harem stories need that, for obvious reasons.
