I think it is a webtoon, not sure.
The MC is really good at games. One day he starts to chat with another player, who the MC finds out is a classmate. But due to that the MC is playing as a female character the other boy think he is a girl. During the series they chat and the MC is acting kinda like a netkama (I think). MC has a younger sister.
During the series, the other boy finds out the truth, but instead of getting angry makes the MC change his characters name so that it says something like "*****'s lover" or something of that kind.

It's not Netkama Punch, reading it right now. I can check out My Darling, but I don't think it's that one.
Like I wrote I'm not even sure that it was a webtoon, or if it could have been a manga. Been a while since I read it.
