What anime or manga character needs an IQ test? I mean there are a lot of stupid anime and manga characters out there but some are just too stupid. Everybody in pokemon is so stupid that they can't tell apart a freaking disguise that's always the same.

I think some members here need an I.Q test more than manga characters. A select few probably need a CAT scan as well.

edit: though it's all opinion. I believe being too emotional results in irrationality, which i would simply call stupidity. it's all related

Though I hate Sasuke he isn't mentally-deficient he just lacks a simple thing that most people have called Common Sense... Though that can be said about the majority of manga characters, them lacking common sense allows the plot to develop in ways it would never in RL situations.

So true. I agree that Naruto defo needs one. I don't think Sasuke is an idiot, just a fool at times. I can name several other characters in Naruto that could do with anIQ test as well. Ichigo from Bleach, Inuyasha, Kagome... infact most Inuyasha cgharacters are either dumb or unbelievably naive. Raimei from Nabari no ou has more dumb moments than smart ones and seems to be all bark with no bite. Natsu from Fairy Tail is moronic as well though not to the annoying level Naruto takes it. Mayura from Matantei Loki is appauling slow on the uptake. Elsee in TWGOK is so dumb she irritates me more than even Naruto!

I have a low tolerance level for morons, I could list more but I'd be here all day, lol.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.
